This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Nazaraiapp ("Licensor", "we") that governs the acquisition and use of the Nazar software ("Software").
Read this agreement carefully before installing or using the Software. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
This EULA covers the Software itself as well as any updates, supplements, internet-based services, and support services provided by the Licensor.
Nazaraiapp grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to install and use the Nazar Software on devices under your control (phone, tablet) for personal use.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the Software's minimum requirements.
Under this license, you may NOT:
Violation of these restrictions results in immediate license termination and creates legal liability.
The ownership and intellectual property rights of the Software and all associated content belong to Nazaraiapp. This includes:
All copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights are protected. The license grants you only a right of use; it does not grant ownership.
The Licensor remains the owner of the Software as initially downloaded and of all subsequent updates. The Licensor reserves the right to license the Software to third parties.
Content created by users within the App — for example, Instagram Story share cards — is licensed for sharing on the user's own social platforms. You may not commercially resell or integrate this content into other applications.
The Software may include open source software components subject to their own licenses. For these components, the relevant open source licenses are subject to this EULA, and any conflicting clauses with other parts of this EULA are disregarded.
The face reading and couple compatibility features of the Software rely on the Anthropic Claude API (operated by Anthropic, PBC). When you use these features after granting explicit in-app consent, your face photo and onboarding profile data are transmitted over TLS to Anthropic to generate the mystic interpretation. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, image and text inputs sent through the API are not retained beyond the request window and are not used to train Anthropic's models. You may revoke your consent at any time from Settings → AI Data Sharing; until consent is granted (or once revoked) these features remain locked. Live Face Scan runs entirely on your device and does not use Anthropic. See the Privacy Policy and Anthropic's privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy) for further detail.
The Licensor may update, improve, or modify the Software from time to time. Updates may bring additional rights or restrictions under this EULA; in that case, the new terms will be presented to you.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available". The Licensor:
This EULA begins with your first use of the Software and continues until terminated.
Upon termination:
Provisions that, by their nature, must remain in effect after termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, etc.) shall remain in force.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
