By using the Nazar application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Service Description

Nazar is a mystic identity and personal guidance app for entertainment purposes. It combines AI-assisted face analysis, Anatolian mystic tradition, and modern wellness practices.

Main features include:

AI Mystic Face Reading — extracts the 8 mystic lines on your face, your aura color, and evil eye map
Evil Eye Protection Guide — a personal protection ritual every day (incense, thread, intention, nature practice, etc.) with a completion streak
Couple Harmony — measures your mystic bond with a loved one in a single frame
Live Face Scan — real-time mystic face analysis on the selfie camera
Today's Mystic Note — a short, personalized guide based on your sign and energy

The depth and personalization of interpretations is enhanced using artificial intelligence — specifically, Anthropic Claude (Anthropic, PBC). Your face photo and profile data are sent over TLS to Anthropic only after you grant explicit in-app consent (revocable any time via Settings → AI Data Sharing) and are not retained by Anthropic beyond the request window. Live Face Scan runs entirely on your device and does not use Anthropic. For details see the Privacy Policy.

All content is provided for entertainment and personal guidance purposes; it is not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

2. Account and User Responsibility

You may use the App with Apple Sign In or Guest Mode.

Users with accounts:

Are responsible for providing accurate information
Are responsible for the security of their account
May have their account suspended in case of misuse

Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (16 for European users) or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1. Subscription Types

Monthly and annual subscription options are offered. Current prices are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and confirmed there.

3.2. Auto-Renewal

The subscription renews automatically (Apple App Store standard behavior).
It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal fee is charged to your Apple ID account 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3. Cancellation

Cancellation can only be done via App Store account settings (Apple requirement).
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current subscription period.
Refunds are processed through Apple; we cannot issue refunds.

3.4. Price Changes

If prices change, Apple notifies you in advance; the current subscription period is not affected.

3.5. Daily Usage Limits

To preserve infrastructure costs and the mystic tone:

AI Face Reading: 1 per day
Couple Harmony: 1 per day
Protection Ritual: 1 ritual is assigned per day; you may complete it as many times as you wish
Live Face Scan: unlimited (real-time on device, no server calls)

When the limit is reached, you can access a new reading after midnight.

4. Entertainment Purpose — Disclaimer

Important: All content provided by the App is for entertainment and personal guidance purposes.

4.1. Not Medical/Psychological Advice

The App:

Does not diagnose medical conditions
Does not perform psychological assessments
Should not be used to guide your health decisions

For health concerns, please consult a licensed physician.

4.2. Not Legal/Financial Advice

The App content is:

Not legal counsel
Not investment advice
Should not form the basis of life-critical decisions

4.3. No Scientific Validation

AI face analysis, evil eye belief, and protection rituals are cultural and mystic traditions, combined with modern wellness practices. They do not contain scientifically validated medical/psychological content.

4.4. Accuracy of Results

AI-generated interpretations are probabilistic and offer a personalized mystic perspective — they are not actual psychic readings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" with no warranty
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
We do not guarantee the accuracy of results obtained from the use of the Service
We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profit, revenue, or data
Our total liability is limited to the subscription payments you have made over the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

Violate laws (local, national, or international)
Infringe on others' rights (copyright, trademark, privacy)
Misuse the App (bots, scraping, automated requests)
Produce misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
Harass, defame, or discriminate against others (gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity)
Spread viruses or malicious software
Attempt to bypass the security features of the Service
Pose a danger to children

In case of misuse, your account will be suspended or terminated.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service in the following situations:

Violation of these terms
Suspicion of fraud
Legal obligation
The Service is no longer economically sustainable

If the Service is terminated, the subscription fee is refunded proportionally (through Apple).

8. Indemnification

For any claim, action, or damage (including reasonable attorney's fees) brought against Nazaraiapp, its employees, business partners, or service providers due to your breach of these Terms of Use or the related documents (Privacy Policy, EULA), or your violation of laws or third-party rights, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless.

9. Third-Party Services

To run the App, we work with some infrastructure providers:

Apple — for App Store, Sign In, and subscription processing
Instagram — only when you use the share button
Our secure server infrastructure — used to execute some functions of the App

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for issues or losses you experience with these third parties; you must contact the provider directly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes:

The "Last updated" date will be revised
An in-app notification may be displayed
Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall still be construed to apply to the extent possible and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from the terms. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and us. These documents supersede all prior oral or written agreements, negotiations, and proposals on these matters.

Ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

For European users, mandatory local consumer protection laws are reserved.
